If you haven't attempted it recently, it's been made a lot easier in the past few years, there were some updates that helped your odds like occasionally letting you skip rooms. I've made it to the end 4-5 times since the revamp, it just needs some persistence, setting the alerts do help

There is an end. You get 500,000 sP and 1 Crypt point for completing it.

I'd also felt it was impossible after being a member for soooo long, but I literally got to the end for the first time a month ago... which is apparently thanks to the odds having been changed, thanks .
